Tony
Droar has over 40 years experience in both the
public and private sectors, including internal
and external consultancy roles with Mouchel
Management Consulting, Local Government (West
Sussex County Council), ICL (Fujitsu), Further
Education (Chichester College), and IBM. Tony
has excellent facilitation and presentation
skills and a strong background in project and
programme management.
Tony has specialist knowledge and experience in strategy
development; business transformation and change;
organisational development; knowledge
management; performance and service improvement
using lean/systems thinking; and change
management. In addition, Tony has considerable
practical experience in enhancing innovation and
creativity, coaching and mentoring at all
levels. Tony is a passionate life long learner
and he is a certified Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) practitioner and coach.
